DROIT DE RÊVE is a cooperation between musician and composer Jean-Jacques Toussaint and "noisy poet" Jean-Pierre Bobillot. This meeting gave birth to an unclassifiable album crossed by the most diverse musical influences.
Jean-Jacques Toussaint was TIEMKO's keyboards player, a french band that created an original brand of music in the late Eighties and early Nineties. In 2009, he produced the album TRAVELLING, a brilliant and personal work with thirteen instrumental pieces that recall the great times of TIEMKO.
With DROIT DE RÊVE, he puts to the service of the song, on Jean-Pierre BOBILLOT's alternately furious or pensive, serious or facetious lyrics, all his experience as a musician, mixing as usual jazz, progressive rock with experimental influences or classical music. Originality and inventiveness are present in the eleven titles and as many surprising texts of this opus...
